Background
Michael and Lia met through great friends in the spring of 2006 at the University of Washington- thanks Brad, Flora, and Paul! Love and friendship grew over time and travel, helped by a shared interest in hiking, learning, and cooking.
Ceremony and reception details
The ceremony will be held at Wine & Roses Country Estate in Auburn, immediately followed by a semi-formal reception at the same location.
Victuals
There will be fine beer, wine, and dinner served in a mingle-friendly style. Please remember to bring an ID, as the bartender has the right to card people.
Parking
Look for the parking attendants in orange vests. (No need to tip them) There is plenty of free parking, but carpooling with a designated driver is encouraged especially because the road will be dark and windy on the drive home. If you are concerned about carpooling or would like help coordinating a shuttle, please contact bridesmaid Flora Diaz at 425-328-8584 or fediaz@gmail.com. There is a free shuttle for those staying at the Travel Lodge in Auburn.

Google maps also does a good job navigating you to the address. GPS navigation systems sometimes fail because there are spots without satellite reception.
From Seattle Take I-5 south to exit 154A on the left and merge onto I-405 N toward Renton. Take exit 2 to merge onto WA-167 S toward Auburn, stay on this for 12.3 miles. Take the WA-18 E exit toward Auburn and keep left at the fork to continue toward WA-18 E and merge onto WA-18 E. After 3.1 miles take the Auburn Black Diamond Rd exit and turn right at SE Auburn-Black Diamond Rd. After 0.3 miles turn right at SE Lake Holm Rd which is very windy and uphill. After about 2 miles, turn right at SE Lake Moneysmith Rd. The parking lot will be on the left after about 1.5 miles, you will see a white wooden fence and parking attendants in orange vests. If you meet up with Lake Holm Rd again, you have gone too far, turn around.
From Tacoma Take I-5 north to exit 142A and merge onto WA-18 E toward Auburn, stay on this 6.2 miles. Take the Auburn Black Diamond Rd exit and turn right at SE Auburn-Black Diamond Rd. After 0.3 miles turn right at SE Lake Holm Rd which is very windy and uphill. After about 2 miles, turn right at SE Lake Moneysmith Rd. The parking lot will be on the left after about 1.5 miles, you will see a white wooden fence and parking attendants in orange vests. If you meet up with Lake Holm Rd again, you have gone too far, turn around.
