Microwave Method

Prepare noodles. Drain. Place in a large bowl. Set aside. Place butter in a 1 quart bowl or larger. Microwave on high for 1 1/4 min, until butter melts. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, mustard. Blend in milk. Microwave for 4-6 min or until thickened, stirring 2 times. Add cheese, stirring until cheese melts. Mix into cooked macaroni. Microwave for 5 min. or bake a little longer than that. You may want to cover it if you don't want the top crispy.

Stovetop Method

Use two pots, one for the sauce and one for the noodles. Be sure one is large enough for both! Prepare noodles. Drain. In a seperate pot (maybe a dutch oven if you would like to bake the macaroni), melt butter on low heat. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, mustard. Blend in milk. Continue to heat on low heat until thickened, stirring often. Add cheese, stirring until cheese melts (you don't have to grate the cheese, you can chop it into pieces if you prefer). Mix into cooked macaroni and continue to thicken/melt on low heat until done or bake for a little more than 5 minutes.
