I am 24 years old and I am a graduate from the [http://www.washington.edu/ University of Washington] in the [http://www.cs.washington.edu/ Department of Computer Science] and the [http://www.math.washington.edu/ Department of Mathematics].  I have a strong interest in logic and programming languages, but now I am working in the field of Artificial Intelligence.  Here is a history of my work experience (starting with the most recent):

 * Positronic was acquired by Ebay, so I worked for the Search Quality team, improving eBay's search functionality as well as researching and developing innovative applications to connect users with products.
 * at [http://www.positronic.net/ Positronic]--a small startup near Pike Place--I worked on using genetic algorithms to learn solutions to practical problems.
 * at the University of Washington I worked on the [http://www.panimages.org/ PanImages] research project, combining multilingual and bilingual dictionaries to create a translation graph that would allow direct word translation between any two languages in the graph.
