Feeds two, while hiking!

  • 1.5 c cous-cous
  • 1 onion
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • Dried tomatoes
  • Salt, pepper, cayenne
  • Pine nuts

Boil the vegetables in water to taste. The dried tomatoes will take the longest. Then add the cous-cous and let sit for five minutes, covered.
